I totally agree with you that a diverse and inclusive PLN can create a safe and comfortable platform for people to share their ideas and leave comments. And this kind of PLN can give people a strong sense of trust to get positive feedback. Although people are from different social backgrounds, they have their rights to share different ideas and get understandable.
